By accessing or using Softwire ("the Service"), creating an account, or registering a workspace, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of service
Softwire provides a cloud-based collaboration platform including messaging, tickets, projects, HRMS, CRM, billing, security controls, and related features. We may update, add, or remove features from time to time.
3. Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Workspace owners control member access, roles, and billing settings. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Uploading malware, spam, or unlawful content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Reverse engineering or scraping the Service except as permitted by law
- Harassing other users or violating applicable laws
- Using the Service to process data you do not have rights to store
5. Plans, billing & refunds
Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Service you also agree to that policy.

8. Availability & disclaimers
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided \"as is\" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softwire and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; export obligations are described in our documentation.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
